I met with Chris [Newton] and his team and they put my worries aside. They were able and willing to re-build my site with a similar look and feel within a budget I could handle. The process was really simple. Sydney was our project manager and met every deadline we had set. She offered some design ideas that cleaned up our site. The Bay Mills Indian Community partnered with Earthdiver Partner Services to create its first-ever dedicated tourism website: Destination Bay Mills. Completed in just 15 weeks, the project established a modern digital presence where one had not existed before. The platform positions Bay Mills as an adventure base camp in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, celebrating the shoreline and trails while also showcasing supplemental attractions such as local businesses, events and highlighting BMIC's cultural identity.
The Destination Bay Mills website took home two Golds at the 2025 MarCom Awards.
